The Fort Schuyler congregation is legally incorporated as a church, later known as the First Utica Presbyterian Society.
First Presbyterian dedicates its Genesee Street church
First Presbyterian moves into its new church building on Genesee Street, which serves as its home for generations.
Whitesboro Presbyterian votes to close
The Whitesboro congregation votes to close, while its members, history, and traditions continue to be part of the church community at 1 Elm Street.
First Presbyterian moves to Whitesboro
After selling its Genesee Street property, First Presbyterian moves to the former Whitesboro Presbyterian Church building at 1 Elm Street. Members of both congregations begin sharing a church community and identity.
